WHAT BILLIONAIRES KNOW THAT WE DONT (Contd)

In the first part we looked at some nuggets that everyone who wants to be wealthy needs to imbibe to succeed, here we look at the concluding part…

6.Dedicate yourself to life long learning.

The greatest way of learning is by reading books and histories of those ahead of you.

7.Have a customer service mind

No matter how ugly or bad mannered your customers are, they are the reason you came into business. Understand them, and have a friendly atmosphere around them.

8.Self Discipline.

Discipline is the ability to stay focused even in the midst of distraction. It is doing when, how and what you want to do, no matter how you feel. Do not be deceived by your feelings as it is selfish and egocentric. A great man does a task because it is necessary, a poor man does a task to relive tension.

9.Creativity

It is not sold in the market or gotten from any book. It requires a man to think very high. It is the ability to modify previous thoughts and deeds. Creativity gives you an edge over people in the same line of business with you. Creativity is not a gift, it is working your mind to becoming elastic.

10.Get around the right people.

Rich men live together. Birds of the same feathers flock together they say. Relationships are assets, consciously find, build, maintain and grow them.

11.Have a good relationship with failure.

Failure is not a bad thing, it only teaches you how not to fail the same way again. It opens you up to new ideas.

No matter how successful a man is, there is always an element of failure in it.

12.Branding

No man appreciates a perfect branding when the brander is not branded. Always have great branding and packaging, it attracts people automatically to you.

I love life, love God and am a collector of rare items like the ash of a phoenix, egg of a unicorn, tears of an Angel and I drink pap with chopsticks.
Creativity found me, though I wasn't lost and am still paying the price of a chosen one.
It has always been the nature of man to confuse genius with insanity.
